Jonathan began his medical career as an infantry medic in 2000. In 2003, he served on a spearhead team with the first division into Iraq and gained invaluable orthopedic training while treating battlefield injuries. He left the service to obtain his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and subsequently earned his masters from Northeastern University’s Physician Assistant program in 2010.
Jonathan began his professional orthopedic career in Delaware with a primary focus on sports medicine and joint replacement. He joined the Rhyneer Caylor Clinic in 2012. He is well versed in common and complex orthopedic problems.
Jonathan moved to Alaska in 2012 with his wife, Julia, and they both enjoy hiking, cross-country skiing, trail running and mountain biking with their energetic dog.
